A weekly band night held at the University of Nottingham Students Union. Each night had a temporary lighting and sound rig installed, then I operated each night myself. We had 4-6 artists/bands per event each with different requirements and arrangement.
'James was a privilege to work with on our live music nights. Initially James was brought in as cover for a tech team of 5/6 people, and in the he ended up performing just as well if not better than that group of 5/6, despite only being 1 person! James would always try to find solutions and go that extra mile, in the end always being honest and realistic about what was possible, whilst delivering impeccable work.
